Will my shirt shrink in the wash?

ANSWER:

No. Shrink resistance is one of the core features of BAOTECH. Unlike standard cotton shirts that shrink after the first wash, Baobab shirts are engineered to maintain their shape and size wash after wash.

What is your return policy?

ANSWER:

Complimentary Shipping and Free Returns on all order starting January 6th 2021. 

 

Complimentary returns apply to U.S. shipping only and does not apply to shipping outside of the U.S. 

 

We want you to love your Baobab Polo Shirt. Therefore, in the rare case that you are not satisfied with your purchase. BAOBAB offers 90 day return starting the date of purchase. 

How to initiate a return?

ANSWER:

To initiate your return, please visit The BAOBAB Returns Center and enter in your order number and zip code to proceed.

 

In order to process your return, we will send you a return shipping slip for you to use to mail your shirt back to our shipping center.  After the shirts have been received and successfully inspected we will issue your refund.

What about exchanges and returns outside of the U.S.?

ANSWER:

Orders and deliveries placed outside are eligible for returns only. The shipping label and cost of the return is the responsibility of the returnee. BAOBAB will refund the original payment method on file 48-72 hours after the item has been returned in unused condition. You can return you item to:

Keep the shirt for 90 days if you don't love your BAOBAB shirt - send it back to us and we'll refund your purchase cost.  It's just that easy 

When will my order ship?

ANSWER:

It is our commitment to deliver in your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are processed Monday - Friday. We have a 1-2 day order processing time depending on the time of day you order. Delivery is approximately 1-5 days depending on the shipping service selected during checkout.
